These terms are between you and LeeGoo ("LeeGoo", "we", "us"), the operator of the LeeGoo AI kitchen companion and recipe generator at leegoo.site. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

LeeGoo helps you scan ingredients, discover recipes matched to what you have, and cook with step-by-step AI guidance. Free accounts include a limited number of scans; LeeGoo Pro unlocks unlimited scans, Cook Mode, and voice guidance.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You must not misuse the service, including by:

• Using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or to send spam.
• Infringing intellectual property rights.
• Interfering with security — introducing malware, probing or scanning our systems, or scraping the service.
• Reverse engineering, reselling, redistributing, or circumventing technical limits of the service.

Recipe suggestions, substitutions, and cooking guidance are generated by AI and may be inaccurate. Always use your own judgment: check ingredients for allergens, verify cooking times and temperatures, and follow food-safety practices. LeeGoo is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. You are responsible for the ingredients you scan and how you use the outputs.

LeeGoo retains all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. You retain ownership of the content you add (inventory, photos, ratings); you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

We work hard to keep LeeGoo available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When your access ends, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Notice; you may request an export before deletion via support.

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction, and disputes will be resolved in its courts, unless mandatory local law gives you other rights.
