Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your LeeGoo Pro purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact our support team through the in-app support page and we'll help you.

Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days for the refund to appear.

You can cancel your LeeGoo Pro subscription at any time from the Subscription page in the app. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancelling and requesting a refund are separate actions — if you're within the 30-day window and want your money back, request a refund as described above.
